Our IT Graduate Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience across multiple IT disciplines, helping you build the skills, knowledge, and confidence to kick-start your career in technology.

As an IT Graduate at Radius, you will join a structured 2-year rotational programme, gaining exposure to a variety of IT teams and functions. You’ll work on real business projects from day one, contributing to the delivery of technology solutions while developing both your technical and professional skills.

During the programme, you will rotate across key IT areas, which may include:

  • Software Development / Engineering
  • IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services
  • Cyber Security
  • Business Systems / Applications
  • Data & Analytics
  • IT Support & Service Delivery

In each rotation, you will:

  • Support the delivery of live IT projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with experienced team members and mentors
  • Develop technical capabilities in relevant tools, systems, and frameworks
  • Gain an understanding of how technology supports business objectives
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and solutions

Qualifications

Essential:

  • A degree (or expected degree) in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative

Desirable:

  • Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, data analytics, or cyber security principles
  • Placement year, internship, or project experience
