Company Description

We are Radius - a leader in sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology solutions. Our mission is to help our customers navigate through the energy transition and take advantage of the rapid technological fleet and connectivity evolutions that are taking place in their businesses. Radius was born on the 8th of January 1990 as a fuel card business called UK Fuels, located above a hair dressing salon in the village of Holmes Chapel about 25 miles south of Manchester. Forward the clock to the present day, Radius now has six integrated business units that operate across 19 countries globally with nearly 3000 employees!

Job Purpose

The role of an EV & Cross-Divisional Account Manager is a key position within our business. You will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with some of our largest customers, while identifying electric vehicle (EV), charging, and wider business solution opportunities across our customer base. This role combines strategic account management with consultative EV expertise, helping customers transition towards more sustainable and efficient vehicle and energy solutions. You will also play an important role in referring customers into other divisions across the business, ensuring they benefit from the full range of services available.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Identify EV, charging, and sustainable transport opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on EV adoption, charging solutions, fuel types, and energy efficiency options
  • Stay up to date with developments in EV technology, charging infrastructure, and the wider automotive energy sector
  • Promote a consultative, solution-led approach by positioning the business as a complete solution rather than a single-service provider
  • Recognise opportunities and generate high-quality referrals into other divisions
  • Identify multi-product opportunities that increase customer value, retention, and overall account profitability
  • Working as part of a wider team to support the company’s strategic plans and objectives.

What can you expect of us?

  • A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.
  • A fast-growing organisation that defines itself as being agile and innovative
  • A drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one.
  • A commitment to building a working environment that values inclusivity, innovation, agility, and drive.
  • And of course, you will be compensated competitively along with bonus potential and a good range of core benefits.
