The role of Account Manager – Mid Market is an exciting new role as a part of an expanding team in the Account Management team. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention in a well-established area of the business. This role is office based in Crewe, and you’ll be a part of a vibrant office environment. The key to success in this role is to have a strong will to be customer-focused with an appetite for customer retention and upsell. You will report into our Mid Market Sales Manager.
Your key responsibilities day to day will be:
- Responsible for in-life management of a customer base, by developing personal relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities within that base, strengthening and securing through relationship management.
- Keep churn within account base to a minimum.
