We are seeking a focused, dynamic, and self‑motivated individual to join our Asset Team, based in Six Hills. The role will be responsible for managing vehicles throughout their lifecycle, from initial order to customer delivery. This includes specification building, supply chain coordination, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth mobilisation journey. In addition, the role will support the vehicle remarketing function, assisting with the disposal of assets through retail, trade, and auction channels.

Typical work responsibilities include:

  • Manage supply chain and logistics of vehicles purchased
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships with manufacturers, dealers, funders etc.
  • Support with customer pricing / deal sheets
  • Complete accurate updates on inbound assets, including any additional equipment requirements
  • Provide a smooth delivery process in line with sales/branch and customer expectations
  • Identify new processes / development / systems to improve service to end users
  • Support remarketing team with advertising / call handling / admin
  • Provide reporting in a timely and consistent manner
  • Day to day administration duties

Qualifications:

  • A strong communicator with the ability to work across all skill set levels (upward / across internal and external stakeholders).
  • Has excellent administrative skills (good knowledge of systems and Microsoft applications).
  • Demonstrates a positive can‑do attitude with the ability to think, act and react / adapt.
  • Possesses the ability to work at pace and at times, under pressure and can demonstrate examples where they have been able to do this in a current or previous role.
  • Be a strategic thinker with ideas, approaches and a vision that supports the ongoing and future development of the team and the tasks / activities that it covers.
