Are you a dedicated Care Home Manager looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference in people's lives? We are looking for someone compassionate and experienced to join our management team as a Housing with Care Scheme Manager, and to lead our care and support team at Knock Eden.
Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £44,075 (SP33) to £49,282 (SP38) per annum
What is the role like?
As a Housing with Care Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Scheme, including recruiting and managing staff, overseeing the provision of care and support, and creating a positive living environment for our residents and tenants. A key aspect of this role will be to ensure that the Scheme adheres to the regulations and requirements set by RQIA, DfC, Supporting People and NIHE. The successful candidate will also ensure that the support and care needs of the individual residents are delivered to a high quality in accordance with our policies and procedures.

What do you need to apply?
- Qualified Social Worker OR RGN OR QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for HSC (Adults) OR Allied Health Professional AND at least 4 years managerial experience (within the last 5 years) in supported housing or residential care setting with evidence of recent job training within the past 2 years.
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people, including older people with dementia and how their needs may be addressed by person-centred support and care planning.
- Registered with NISCC and trained in custody, control and administration of medicines with hands-on support and care skills for older people.
- Able to work as part of a team and carry out the full requirements of the role to include manual handling (patients) and waking nights.
- Self-motivated and able to maintain confidentiality, reliability, commitment and professional appearance.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
