The Neighbourhood Officer will act as a key interface with tenants, delivering a range of housing support services, helping to build sustainable communities, and ensuring the environments within and around our properties and estates are clean and safe.

Location: Holywood - To cover the wider Greater Belfast Area.

Salary: £27,254 (SP9) - £30,024 (SP15) per annum Fixed Term role.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

  • Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English and Maths (at a minimum of Grade C) plus at least 1 years experience (within the last 3 years).
  • Minimum 1 years experience working to address anti-community behaviour and issues.
  • Experience of partnership working with voluntary, community and statutory agencies.
  • Relevant recent experience in a housing/social/care/welfare caretaking role.
  • Aware of and recent experience of issues impacting on community development and knowledge of Housing Associations and services provided.
  • A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
