The Maintenance Officer will deliver a professional, technical and customer-facing real estates maintenance service, working flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues, proactively identifying areas for service improvement. Depending on placement, the Maintenance Officer will provide a service that may include response, planned and cyclical maintenance, servicing and compliance, and disabled adaptations of existing properties.
Salary: £34,434 (SP23) - £39,152 (SP28)

Qualifications:
- HND or above in a related discipline such as Building Surveying, Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services with 18 months relevant experience within a construction or maintenance environment.
- OR Five years relevant experience (within the last 8 years) within a construction or maintenance environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the practical application of contract management relevant to the role.
- Demonstrate knowledge of building standards, construction legislation, statutory regulations and associated documentation in a housing environment.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
