The Administrator will work as part of the administration team to provide a comprehensive administrative and IT support service to the Directorate.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Holywood
To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C) or equivalent to include English and Maths QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification AND one year’s administration experience working in a business environment including operation of a bespoke computerised system, including inbound and outbound telephony and email service requests and responses.
- Excellent level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include word processing experience.
- Excellent level of literacy and numeracy with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
