The Neighbourhood Officer will act as a key interface with tenants, delivering a range of housing support services, helping to build sustainable communities, and ensuring the environments within and around our properties and estates are clean and safe. Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

Requirements:
  • Good general level of education to include at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English and Maths (at a minimum of Grade C) plus at least 1 years experience (within the last 3 years).
  • English and Maths GCSE (at a minimum of Grade C) or equivalent and at least 2 years experience of working in a local community environment.
  • Minimum 1 years experience working to address anti-community behaviour and issues.
  • Experience of partnership working with voluntary, community and statutory agencies.
  • Relevant recent experience in a housing/social/care/welfare caretaking role.
  • A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
