The Asbestos Surveyor will lead on conducting Asbestos Surveys across the organisations property portfolio in line with Northern Ireland legislation, while providing support to the Compliance Team in Water Safety Management, including Legionella control under L8 guidance. The primary focus is ensuring Asbestos Compliance, with secondary responsibility assisting in water system monitoring and safety. The Asbestos Surveyor will hold the position as Duty Holder/Responsible Person for Asbestos Compliance for Radius Housing Association.

Salary: £34,434 (SP23) - £39,152 (SP28) per annum

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Certified Asbestos Surveyor (RSPH/BOHS P402 or NI equivalent).
- Awareness of Legionella and water safety management; Legionella awareness or Responsible Person (ACOP L8) training desirable but not essential.
- Experience in asbestos surveying and report writing
- Knowledge of Northern Ireland health and safety legislation (HSENI).
- Technical or engineering qualifications preferred.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
