The Domestic Assistant will provide a clean, tidy and safe space for our residents/tenants within their sheltered scheme, ensuring high standards of cleaning and a quality service.

The Association Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Previous cleaning/domestic experience in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- Experience of different types of cleaning equipment and materials used in cleaning/domestic and laundry capacity.
- Sufficiently fluent in English to assist tenants, their families and visitors.
- Prepared to undertake training.
