The postholder will provide administrative support for the core functions of the HR service, contributing to delivery of the Corporate Services Business Plan.
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Belfast/Holywood
This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid / smart working, subject to an initial induction period.
Salary: £24,790 (SP5) - £25,992 (SP8) per annum
To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Good general level of education to include at least five GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C) to include English and Maths or equivalent. OR QCF Level II (previously NVQ) in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification.
- One years administrative experience working in a customer facing role, to deadlines, in line with organisational procedures.
- Excellent IT literacy as demonstrated by at least a years work-related experience in use of Microsoft Office packages, to include word processing, email, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Experience of electronic and manual record keeping in adherence with data protection regulations.
- Experience of working with confidential, or sensitive information on behalf of an employing organisation.
