Radius is seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Director for a large Data Centre operator (End client). The Data Centre Operations Director will provide leadership, management, and strategic vision for the operations of our mission critical facilities environment. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day customer’s service management, and maintenance of all infrastructures for a 24X7 environment.
Accountable for overall leadership of the teams and maintaining operational excellence across the portfolio. This role manages the operational procedures, processes, measurements and people to ensure client delivers a best in class service delivery model. That includes best practice sharing and assurance that our standards and performance exceed the market place.
Responsible for the strategic development of the Data Centre Operations teams and to ensure the provision of high level services and supporting the Operations Director in:
- Ensuring the provision of high level services for Service Operations, Service Management, Buildings and Facilities Management and Security Management.
- Provision of a high level of service to external and internal customers to support the Company’s profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the performance of various units, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of services to enable contribution to the success of the entire business.
- Partnering with other Senior Managers, departments and business stakeholders through provision of a comprehensive range of operational services, ensuring adherence to Company operations guidelines, processes, standards, methodologies and frameworks in line with best practices.
On a corporate level, in association with other Senior staff members, this position will actively contribute towards the corporate development of the Operations Department.
