Radius Brands is a London-based brand management and licensing business working across fashion and home. We build and grow brands like Amanda Wakeley, Kelly Hoppen and Unhidden with partners and retailers, taking product from design through to delivery.
The role
Radius Brands is looking for an organised, hands-on Assistant to support our fashion and home brands. The role mixes administration, logistics and general office support, and can be part time or full time for the right person. This is the perfect role for someone with an interest in buying, merchandising or licensing - we are open to a new grad or someone with previous experience.
What you'll be doing
Administration
- Provide day-to-day admin support across the brands: data entry, filing, record keeping and general correspondence
- Keep spreadsheets accurate and up to date in Excel, including stock, orders and samples
- Learn and use our internal systems, and keep the information in them current
- Help follow up with our licensing clients and retailers, and do research on new brands and sales avenues
Logistics
- Book, track and chase shipments with DHL and other couriers
- Prepare shipping paperwork and keep delivery records
- Deal with suppliers, couriers and customers by phone and email to resolve delivery queries
Hands-on office support
- Unpack, sort and organise samples and stock, and pack parcels to send out
- Pick up whatever else needs doing: this is an all-rounder role and you will be the team's go-to
What we're looking for
- A willing, capable administrator who is happy to take on admin of all kinds
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
- IT literate and quick to pick up new systems
- Numerate, with a sharp eye for detail
- Logistics experience, including booking and tracking shipments with DHL
- A real interest in fashion and home
- A flexible, roll-your-sleeves-up attitude: happy to open boxes, unpack deliveries and help out wherever needed
- Organised, reliable and able to juggle several tasks at once
What you can expect from us
You will be a central part of a small team, not a name on an org chart.
- A seat at the table: you will be included in high-level conversations and see first-hand how brands are built and decisions are made
- A central role: the team relies on this position every day, and your work will be noticed
- Room to grow: for the right person, there is a clear route to promotion and more responsibility
