Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand, they are currently seeking an experienced Production Controller to join their team. 185 hours annual leave, with the option to buy or sell up to 37 hours each year ~ 37-hour working week, early finish on Fridays, and a four-day week for night shift workers ~ Bank Holidays included ~ Bravo Benefits, including discounts on shopping and gym memberships ~ Salary sacrifice schemes for electric/hybrid cars and critical illness cover ~ Westfield Health Scheme ~ Free on-site parking As Production Controller, you will be the driving force behind the smooth running of product and materials through the business, keeping the Master Production Schedule on track. Maintain production boards on a live basis and present daily production meetings, understanding and executing the MPS plan Coordinate with other business units and cell leaders to expedite parts across the factory, including stock takes and inventory counts as required Support the Business Unit Manager with customer update data and contribute to continuous improvement of working methods Previous experience within aerospace (essential) Experience of working to production targets (essential) Good computer literacy, including MS Office Elevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy that helps people build long-term, successful careers.
