A deluxe award-winning conference hotel in Richmond, the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport is dedicated to providing warm and professional hospitality to business and leisure guests with a Yes I Can! attitude and a 100% Guest Satisfaction. The 200-guestroom hotel is a full service hotel with 16,000 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space, fitness center, indoor pool and whirlpool.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all daily income reports and revenue posting and accurately auditing all postings.
  • Distribution of reports and maintain filing systems for all reports.
  • Create 100% Guest Satisfaction by providing genuine Yes I Can! service to our guests.
  • Perform Front Desk responsibilities of Check-in and Check-out of guests.
  • Work in a team environment and independently when required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Hotel experience and Night Audit experience is an asset.
  • Being able to work in a Microsoft Office environment and comfortable working on spreadsheets.
  • Being able to stay organized and work under time sensitive conditions while providing effective Guest Services.
  • Focus on the Customer and Effective Communication.
