We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Durham.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and anticipate guests’ needs
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the food and beverage department
- Assist in various food and beverage areas including restaurant, bar (if over 18), and conference/banqueting (party nights)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive, yes I can! attitude

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar position beneficial but not essential
- Availability for late shifts up to 1:00 am and readiness to adapt to a schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
- For students, preference will be given to availability through term holidays
- Can work in bar area only if 18 years or older
Employment Terms
This is a casual contract (zero‑hour). Shifts will be scheduled throughout the week, including weekends and bank holidays.
