Build Relationships. Drive Business. Make an Impact. Are you a commercially driven, relationship-focused leader? Then come and help shape the future performance of Park Inn by Radisson Aberdeen. This is a hands‑on commercial role focused on proactive business development, corporate relationships, meetings & events growth and enquiry conversion. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and hotel teams to drive revenue opportunities across the business whilst building strong local partnerships and long‑term client relationships. What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving New Business
- Building relationships with businesses, agencies and event organisers
- Growing corporate, meetings & events and group business
- Networking, hosting show rounds and identifying new opportunities
- Developing partnerships that generate long‑term value
- Owning Commercial Performance
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Protecting profitability and rate integrity
- Using performance data to identify opportunities and risks
- Supporting the hotel’s wider commercial strategy
- Leading Enquiry Conversion
- Supporting high‑value meetings & events enquiries
- Improving conversion and upselling performance
- Helping shape commercially strong proposals and packages
- Building repeat business and client loyalty
- Working Across the Hotel
- Working closely with operations, reservations and F&B teams
- Bringing commercial focus into day‑to‑day hotel activity
- Supporting a commercially aware culture across departments
- Working alongside external revenue and marketing specialists
What We’re Looking For
You are already working in hotel sales, commercial or events and be looking for broader exposure and responsibility. Most Importantly, We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Proactive and commercially minded
- Confident building relationships and generating business
- Comfortable negotiating and influencing decisions
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical enough to understand trends and performance
