Responsibilities
- Maintain room cleanliness, ensuring pillows are plumped, mirrors gleaming, and rooms are presented according to standards.
- Work proactively to support guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
- Prioritize appearances and uphold housekeeping standards to create enjoyable guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! attitude.
- Good eye for detail.
- Creative problem‑solving skills.
- Passion for delivering extraordinary service.
- Team‑working ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Fast‑paced experience (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential.
