Responsibilities

  • Run day‑to‑day hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth running of the hotel
  • Balance execution of the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results
  • Work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities, brand reputation and manage the hotel budget
  • Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and manage the hotel budget
  • Act as the right hand to the Hotel Manager, proactively ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operation

Qualifications

  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! attitude
  • Eye for detail and creative problem‑solving skills
  • Passionate about creating extraordinary service and working as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
