The Night Duty Manager Role
Our guest relations team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and happy smile, and where we strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. Our Night Duty Manager loves the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out. It’s about everything in-between. You will manage our guest relations team and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level. You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the late show, whilst managing performance and productivity. As an integral part of the management team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department. You will be responsible for the smooth running and security of our guests through the night. Perform administrative tasks which will include computer work, running end of day procedures, running reports, forward planning such as billing etc.
As Night Duty Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do! This is a 16 hour contract (2 nights), but be able to flex up your hours to cover absence. Shifts start at 10.30 pm and end at 7.00 am. You must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role.
