About the Night Supervisor Role
Our guest relations team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and happy smile. As Night Supervisor, you will supervise the guest relations team and lead by example to ensure the guest journey is anticipate and delivered to the highest level. You will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department, handling everything from check‑in and check‑out to throughout the night.
