Key Responsibilities of the Painter:- Support the smooth running of the property maintenance department, keeping all areas to the highest level.
- Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and promptly to guest enquiries.
- Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring work is completed timely and professionally.
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives & targets.
- Collaborate with the immediate report, ensuring costs and inventory are controlled and productivity and performance levels are attained.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation, planning, delivering and documenting best‑practice activities for internal and external audit, performing follow‑up as required.
- Experience in property maintenance beneficial but not essential.
- Hands‑on approach with a can‑do work style.
