Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive and detail-driven HR Coordinator to join our Area Support Office, supporting our hotel teams. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and a passion for people processes. Whether you’re looking to step into HR or build on existing knowledge, this role offers variety, ownership and room to grow, all within a supportive and dynamic HR team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reporting into our Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll work across all aspects of the employee lifecycle with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and systems.
  • You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, welcome emails, system access, duplicate profile checks, password resets.
  • Maintain accurate records using SmartRecruiters, Workday, EPS and People Now.
