We are currently seeking a Guest Relations Manager to join our vibrant team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the guest’s superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level.
  • Exude patience, empathy, and personality to host the show.
  • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Deliver an effective planned guest engagement program.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with all legislation, where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
