Role Overview
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will support the team in delivering exceptional service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring smooth operation of the food and beverage department.
- Maintain a proactive approach to guest satisfaction and department efficiency.
- Work as an integral part of the team, ensuring all service standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food and beverage service to guests.
- Support the front of house, including seating, presenting menus and serving drinks.
- Help with beverage service and table maintenance.
- Take orders, deliver food and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Assist with bar duties where required.
