Responsibilities

  • Anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering spectacular events of all sizes.
  • Plan and execute events to exceed expectations, ensuring seamless logistics and high guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Meetings and Events Team to coordinate resources, schedules, and support services.
  • Maintain and update event documentation, schedules and communication plans.
