Radisson Blu Hotel, London Mercer Street in London is a luxury boutique hotel set in the picturesque Seven Dials neighbourhood of Covent Garden. Discover one of the capital's most beloved areas, famous for its many theatres, boutiques, markets, culture and nightlife.
We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Associate to join our Truly Talented team. If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!

Your role:
You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.
Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Associate will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving any beverages requested by guests
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times
- Ensuring that all guests’ orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
- Ensuring that cleanliness is kept at the highest standards at all times in the Food & Beverage Outlets
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- Responding to guests’ queries on the menu selection
- Communicating any guests’ questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams, as well as any additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the teams accordingly
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.
The core skills and experience required to succeed:
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
- Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential
- Excellent personal presentation
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
