F&B Host

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Euston Square offers a part-time position for a Food & Beverage Host. Located on Tottenham Court Road, the hotel combines four-star luxury with 19th-century charm, providing excellent access to London's shopping, entertainment, and transport links.

As a Host/Hostess, you will play a key role in our restaurant, building great relationships with customers. You should have a good understanding of restaurant operations, a passion for customer care, food and drink, and a strong knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits. Your role:

As an F&B Host/Hostess, you will be the face of our business, greeting and welcoming our guests. Your passion for people will create a memorable experience. Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests to the restaurant
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with F&B team about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
• Assist F&B team as needed

The ideal person for this role:

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
• Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential
• Excellent personal presentation
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
