We are committed to providing a luxurious and tranquil spa experience. As a Health and Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty and wellness treatments, promoting spa services, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing a range of spa treatments, including facials, massages, and body treatments
- Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products
- Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere in all spa and treatment areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities
- Promoting and upselling spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborating with the leisure and spa team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain spa standards
- Handling guest inquiries and providing information about available treatments and wellness programs
- Handling reception duties such as phone calls, emails, membership enquiries and spa bookings
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments required
- Passionate about spa treatments and the wellness industry
- Perform all treatments to an exceptional standard, following protocols and standards taught in training while tailoring to the client’s specific needs
- Keeps up to date with current techniques and new trends related to their field of work
- A flexible approach to work, with availability for shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Preferably experience in a similar role within a spa environment
- A friendly and professional approach with strong customer‑service skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative when required
