Situated on the east bank of the Thames, the four-star New Providence Wharf hotel is a modern luxury retreat near the world-famous O2 Arena, and just 20 minutes from the ExCel Centre and London City Airport.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all Spa Areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. You will play an essential part in maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests, contributing to their overall relaxation and experience

Your role

We are committed to providing a high-quality leisure experience for our guests. As a Spa Cleaner , you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the leisure facilities and assisting guests.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning of spa changing areas, steam room, sauna & experience shower, lounge area, gym, Treatment Rooms and other communal area
• Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and sanitiser
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Working independently and as part of a team

What we're looking for:

• Previous cleaning experience ideal but not essential
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Friendly and professional attitude

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
