We are currently looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our Truly Talented team. If you are friendly, courteous, love working as part of a team and are passionate about the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you!

- Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)
Your role:
You will work closely with the food and beverage leadership team in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the Hotel and the satisfaction of guests.
Responsibilities of Head Waiter/Waitress will include but are not limited to:
- You will be required to play a vital role in leading and developing the team;
- Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team;
- To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the breakfast operation;
- Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for welcoming guests at all times;
- Ensuring that all guests' orders are taken and executed in a timely manner;
- Having good knowledge of the food and beverage menu;
- Responding to guests' queries on the menu selection;
- Communicating any guests' questions on the menu, the length of wait and product availability with the Food.
