The Food and Beverage Supervisor Role:

Our food and beverage team are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests' needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering an experience that is beyond expectation – creating memorable moments for our guests. Leading by example, ensuring high standards of service and maintaining the back of house in order, including rota setting and table layout. Working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the food and beverage department. Supporting breakfast, bar, restaurant, and meetings & events operations, with start and finish times ranging from 5:45 am to 10:30 pm and occasional 1:00 am finishes. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will join a team passionate about delivering incredible service while having fun in all that we do.

This role is a fixed term contract of 30 hours per week to cover maternity leave for up to one year. Applicants must be over the age of 18 to comply with licensing legislation. Due to the start and finish times, candidates cannot always rely on public transport.

Compensation: Competitive salary.
