Responsibilities
- Lead by example, ensuring high service standards while keeping the back‑of‑house in order
- Support the food and beverage team, setting rotation schedules or laying the table to ensure smooth operations
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the food and beverage department
