Laurel Court in Folkestone is seeking a Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations within an Assisted Living environment. The role is 30 hours per week at £12.20 per hour, with the opportunity to cover a 5th day at another site.
You will develop menus, control costs and GP margins, work to a budget, and lead a hands-on team focused on fresh ingredients and excellent service. DBS clearance is required; occasional events may occur outside normal hours.
