About the Role
We're looking for an ICT Implementation & Support Technician to support our growing business.
This is a hands‑on role combining IT support, office implementations and project work.
You'll help deliver new office openings, support existing services and work with colleagues and suppliers to keep our technology running smoothly.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver ICT implementation projects and support new office openings, relocations and closures.
- Install and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices and office IT equipment.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Microsoft 365, Windows and business applications.
- Support office networks, Wi‑Fi, printers and user accounts.
- Manage Service Desk tickets and work within agreed SLA targets.
- Work with third‑party suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation and implementation plans.
- Support cyber security, system maintenance and technology improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an IT Support or Technical Support role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory.
- Good understanding of networking, including Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience configuring PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
- Experience supporting IT projects or office deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using an IT Service Desk system.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Health or Social Care experience.
- Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Central or similar device management tools.
- Microsoft Azure or Manage Engine.
- Cyber Essentials knowledge.
- ITIL or Microsoft certifications.
- Power Shell or automation experience.
- Additional Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. Regular travel to company locations is required and business mileage will be reimbursed.
- The role includes moving, installing and setting up ICT equipment at company sites.
