The Role of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by
- Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
- Supporting with medication administration
- Supporting with meal preparation
- Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
- Supporting with day-to-day household duties
- Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
