Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker / Care Assistant to join our team based in Mill House Extra Care Service, Nantwich.
DAYS AND NIGHTS AVAILABLE. Full-time and part-time positions available, working every other weekend as part of your rota.
PAY RATES: £ per hour for days, weekends, and waking nights, with a £1 per hour uplift on Bank Holidays.
About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who find it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Your duties will include assisting residents with mobility, personal care (such as washing, hygiene, dressing), and supporting them to participate in social and recreational activities, both individually and in groups. The role emphasizes promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
