Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a part time Support Worker to join our team based in a lady's home in Nuneaton. Covering 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 to 15:00.

Responsibilities

  • Support a lady with mental health issues in her own home, including attending health appointments, shopping, cleaning, cooking and social activities.
  • Be reliable, friendly, speak good English and like dogs.
  • Promote the lady’s independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering high standards of care.
  • Adhere to shift patterns: 3 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 to 15:00.
  • Provide approximately 15 hours per week.
