About the role:

The role of a Complex Support Worker is extremely rewarding, and, on each shift, you will make a positive difference. We are looking for complex care staff that can build positive relationships with a range of people we support and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives. Specific training will be provided. You will assist with the people we support who may be non-verbal and need assistance living a full life with your support. This will also include both Male and Female Personal Care, along with medication. A Registered Nurse will support competency assessment and ongoing supervision.

Advantageous:

  • Experience in providing care/support, whether this be in a professional setting or to a family member or friend, although full training is provided.
