Our shared values are at the heart of everything we do to ensure that our role always makes a positive impact to people's lives.</p><p>Radis Community Care is looking for dedicated and resilient people like you to work in our Heald Farm Court, Newton‑Le‑Willows.</p><p>About the role</p><p>As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain their individuality and vital independence.

You'll help the people we support - often with restricted mobility - to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms and bathrooms at their request.</p><p>You'll help them with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing - this will mean you'll understand the importance of privacy and dignity - so important to everyone.
