About the role

Radis Community Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a person‑centred team supporting a client in the Upton area, as well as covering hours at our main site Clarence Park Village. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful one-to-one support relationships and providing consistent, respectful care that promotes independence and quality of life.

About the individual you'll be supporting

You will be supporting a client who requires hoisting, PEG feed, and some other nursing tasks. All training will be provided.

Shift pattern

  • 7am-5pm
  • Alternating weekends required

Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and support
  • Support with personal care including hoisting
  • Preparing drinks and meals
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
  • Working closely with family members to maintain consistency of care
