Radis Community Care in Reading RG4 is seeking an Experienced Supported Living Service Manager for our six-bed service. You will lead high-quality care and tailored support for adults aged 18-30 living with mental health challenges, brain injuries and learning disabilities.
As part of the team you will promote a caring environment, ensure compliance with CQC and local standards, support the Area Manager with referrals and develop personalised support plans with families and professionals.
