Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader to join our Supported Living service in Huddersfield.
About the role
As a Team Leader you will provide support to our Supported Living Services in Huddersfield and Halifax, providing specialised person‑centred support. Radis recognises each person as an individual and provides a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and maintains a consistent approach throughout their life. You will work alongside the Managers of our Supported Living Services, oversee the smooth running of these services, complete regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, update and review support plans, and work to ensure that individuals achieve their outcomes.
The role will require you to schedule and allocate work to Support Workers, support with medication, personal care tasks, and cover shifts within the services. Working hours are split between care hours and office hours, including alternate weekends. Office hours are based in our general office in Bradford. A driver is required with use of your own vehicle.
