Are you currently working as a Senior Support Worker within a Supported Living or Mental Health setting who wishes to take the next steps in your career? Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Grantham Supported Living Service. Our Supported Living Service in Grantham is home to 3 young female adults with Learning Disabilities aged 18 years to 22 years. They enjoy various activities, many social events and outings together as well as having their own individual interests. We require caring and considerate people to support these young adults to enjoy each day to the full.
For this role, a female Team Leader is required due to the ladies' requirements. A driving licence is required to be able to access the community. We support a range of different people who live with health conditions such as mental health, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour as well as other health conditions.
What will you be doing as a Team Leader?
- You will be working alongside the office team to ensure that the service runs smoothly and ensuring we provide an excellent standard of care to all people we support within the service.
- You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts, 1-page profiles and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis.
- You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct support visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and support workers assessments.
- You will be working with the people we support to ensure they get the most out of support from Radis.

Shifts
Be able to complete a range of shift patterns such as 07:00 - 14:30, 14:30 - 22:00, Alternative Weekends via on-call, and 1 admin day on a Monday which is office based.
Requirements
- Most importantly, we are looking for somebody that has the right values and a genuine desire to make sure the people we support receive the best possible care.
- You would have worked in the health and social care sector for a minimum of 1 year as well as worked in a similar Supported Living or Mental Health setting.
- Be willing to take part in an On-call Rota.
- Currently hold or be working towards a NVQ Level 3.
