You will split duties 50/50 between care delivery and team leadership, guiding Support Workers and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for residents living in their own homes within the extra care complex.
You will be the first point of contact for the care team, conduct supervision and meetings, coordinate schedules, and help with daily living tasks as needed.
