Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Team Leader (MAT cover) to join our team based in Broadway at Parsons Gardens.

About the role:

  • Lead the care shift and deal with any emergencies that arise on shift.
  • Create and update care plans, risk assessments and other key documentation.
  • Audit documentation such as MAR charts and daily diary records.
  • Complete staff rotas to ensure each shift is adequately staffed.
  • Complete quality monitoring checks such as spot checks, carers assessments and reviews.
  • Liaise with other health professions such as doctors and district nurses.

About Parsons Gardens:

Parsons Gardens in Broadway, Worcestershire provides 50 apartments and bungalows for over 55s, offering residents the privacy and independence of their own home, but with the peace of mind that there is a care team available on site 24 hours a day.

About You:

  • Be able to work a mix of early shifts, late shifts, and alternate weekends.
  • Be willing to take part in an on-call rota.
  • Work in the health & social care sector for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Be a caring individual who is passionate about putting the client first and ensuring we provide an outstanding service we would want our own families to receive.
  • Have the right to work in the UK (please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role).
