Radis Community Care is seeking a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to join our Midlands & North of England team.
You'll help services move from Good to Outstanding by ensuring safe, person-centred care and by leading quality improvement initiatives.
You will carry out Mock Inspections against CQC standards, drive post-inspection action plans, support registrations, and provide practical guidance to Operational Teams on quality and compliance.
