Radis Community Care is looking for a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to join our small, dedicated team.

The role

You'll be at the heart of our mission to support people to live independently at home, making sure every service delivers safe, person-centred care. In this role, you will:

  • Carry out Mock Inspections against CQC standards.
  • Lead post-inspection action plans, driving improvements and helping services aim for Outstanding.
  • Support and coordinate CQC registrations for services and managers.
  • Provide practical support and guidance to Operational Teams on quality and compliance.

This is a busy, varied role with plenty of scope to make an impact — perfect for someone who thrives on challenge, improvement, and making a difference.

Travel

This role is focused on services across the Midlands and North of England, but as part of a national team you may sometimes support in other regions.

The role involves regular travel — giving you the chance to see different services, meet diverse teams, and experience real variety in your work.

Some overnight stays will be required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
