Team Leader in Care - MAT Cover

About the role As a Team Lead, you will be the first point of contact for residents and staff onsite as well as visiting health professionals. This can include: Leading the care shift and dealing with any emergencies that arise on shift Creating/updating Care Plans, Risk Assessments and other key documentation Auditing documentation such as MAR Charts, Daily Diary Records etc Completing staff rotas to ensure each shift is adequately staffed Completing quality monitoring checks such as spot checks, carers assessments
